Mumbai University: Last date to apply rescheduled, checkout last date here!

The deadline for registering for admission to a number of undergraduate (UG) degree programs at affiliated and independent colleges in the state has been extended by the University of Mumbai. The Mumbai University application window for admission to undergraduate programs, which was previously scheduled to close on May 23, will instead close on May 26. Online registration and application are available at mu.ac.in/admission.

More than three lakh seats are available in affiliated and independent colleges of Mumbai University for a variety of undergraduate courses, including three-year UG programs, four-year honors/hons with research programs, five-year integrated UG programs, and postgraduate programs.

The institution stated that all admissions to first year degree programs and their academic activities shall follow the rules and regulations of NEP 2020, which are periodically released by the institution of Mumbai, the Government of Maharashtra, and the UGC, when it announced the updated dates. Students must use the university website to apply for the online pre-registration.

They must, however, apply and register with the appropriate colleges in order to be admitted to the programs of their choice.

According to the institution, the results of the entrance exam administered by the Maharashtra government’s CET Cell will be used to determine the admission schedule for the Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) program under the AICTE.
