The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the timetable for the NEET SS 2025 stray vacancy round. Candidates wishing to take part in the Stray Round of NEET SS Super Specialty Counselling can register on the official website at mcc.nic.in.
According to the official schedule, it is stated, “All candidates who have taken the exam with a valid broad specialty degree (MD/MS/DNB) will be permitted to participate in the Stray Round of NEET SS Super Specialty Counselling 2024.”
The official schedule outlines the following key dates for the stray vacancy round:
- Registration opens on: July 24, 2025.
- Registration closes on: July 27, 2025, by 6 PM.
- Payment facility will be available from: July 24 to July 27, 2025, until 8 PM.
- Choice filling will be available from: July 24 to July 28, 2025, until 9 AM.
- The choice locking facility will be available from: 9 AM on July 27, 2025, to July 28, 2025, until 9 AM.
- Processing of seat allotment will occur from: July 28 to July 29, 2025.
- The seat allotment result will be announced on: July 30, 2025.
- Reporting period: July 31 to August 5, 2025.

Candidates can follow the steps outlined below to register for the NEET SS stray vacancy round:
- Visit the official website at mcc.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the Super Specialty tab.
- Click on the link to register.
- Enter the required details to register and submit.
- Pay the registration fee.
- Download the confirmation page and retain a printout for future reference.
