The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has published the mock test link for the RRB ALP CBT 2 exam for candidates taking the ALP CBT 2. It will assist students in adjusting to the exam setting. The official website offers a Mock Test for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) that can be practiced.
RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam 2024: Steps to take the mock test
- Check the official site of RRBs.
- Select the link for the RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam 2024 mock test found on the homepage.
- A new page will open where candidates do not need to log in; click on sign in.
- Mock test will be displayed, now choose the language.
- Appear for the mock test and click submit once done.
The RRB ALP CBT 2 examination is scheduled for May 2 and May 6, 2025. Previously, it was planned to take place on March 19 and March 20, 2025. The CBT 2 exam consists of two sections, Part A and Part B. Part A includes 100 questions to finish in 90 minutes, while Part B features 75 questions to be completed in 60 minutes. In total, the exam lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes, featuring 175 questions. For every incorrect answer, a deduction of 1/3 mark will apply.
In Part A, the minimum percentage required to pass is 40 percent for candidates in the UR and EWS categories, 30 percent for those in the OBC (NCL) and SC categories, and 25 percent for ST candidates. Only the scores obtained in Part-A will be considered for shortlisting candidates for subsequent stages of this recruitment process, as long as the candidate, regardless of their community, achieves the qualifying marks (35%) in Part-B.
