On May 13, 2025, the Railway Recruitment Board announced the dates for the RRB NTPC Exam 2025. On the official website of regional RRBs, candidates who have enrolled for the RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) can view the notice of the CBT 1 exam dates.
From June 5 to June 23, 2025, the RRB NTPC computer-based test 1 will take place. The CBT 1 test lasts 90 minutes, and each question is worth one mark. There will be 100 questions in all, 40 of which will come from the general awareness component and 30 from the general intelligence and reasoning section of mathematics.
Each incorrect response will result in a 1/3 mark deduction and negative marking.
First-stage computer-based tests (CBT), second-stage CBTs, typing tests, computer-based aptitude tests (where appropriate), document verification, and medical exams will all be part of the hiring process. The aforementioned recruitment steps serve as the basis for the rigorous merit-based selection process.
Ten days before the exam date, the link to check the Exam City & Date and download the Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates will go online on each RRB’s official website. Four days before the exam date specified in the Exam City and Date Notification LINK, the e-call letters will begin to be sent.
