The Railway Recruitment Board has announced an extension for the registration date of the RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2025. The registration period will now conclude on September 18, 2025, rather than the previously set date of September 8, 2025. The deadline for the payment of the application fee is September 20, 2025. Additionally, the modification window will be accessible starting September 21 and will remain open until September 30, 2025.
This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 434 positions within the organization. The distribution of vacancies is outlined as follows:
- Nursing Superintendent: 272 posts
- Dialysis Technician: 4 posts
- Health & Malaria Inspector Gr II: 33 posts
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): 105 posts
- Radiographer X-Ray Technician: 4 posts
- ECG Technician: 4 posts
- Laboratory Assistant Grade II: 12 posts

To apply for the positions, candidates should adhere to the following steps:

- A new page will appear, prompting candidates to input their registration details.
- After entering the information, click on submit and log into the account.
- Complete the application form and proceed to make the payment of the application fee.
- Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
- Retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

The examination fee for all applicants is set at ₹500/-. Of this total fee, ₹400/- will be refunded, subject to applicable bank charges, upon attendance at the CBT.
For candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC)*, the fee is ₹250/-. It is important to note that EBC should not be mistaken for OBC or EWS. Payment can be made through internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI.
