The Staff Selection Commission has declared the new exam dates for SSC CPO 2019 for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs, and ASI in CISF Examination (Paper-II), 2019 as well as the remaining dates for the SSC CHSL and SSC CGL exam. The SSC in its notice has also mentioned that the candidates are expected to keep checking the official website for any updates as the country has been marred by COVID 19 situation.
The SSC CAPF exam comprises three stages where the candidates have to appear for the written examination, physical standards test, physical efficiency test, medical test, personality test, and interview. The CAPF exam is conducted for Assistant Commandants in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF).
The entrance exams are going to be held from April 12 to April 27. However, the exam was held from April 12 to April 19. The Commission decided to postpone the exam due to the surge in the COVID 19 cases. Now the remaining papers for SSC CHSL will be held from August 4 to August 14, 2021. Along with this, the SSC CGL will be held from August 13 to August 24, 2021. The total number of vacancies for the SSC CGL 2021 for which the exam will be held is 6506.
