The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the examination city details for the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Paper 2 Examination, also referred to as SSC CPO 2024 Paper 2, on its official website, ssc.gov.in. Candidates are encouraged to access this information through the login module available on the site.
Additionally, the commission has announced that the admit cards for the SSC CPO Paper 2 are expected to be available from March 6.
The commission stated, “The ‘Admission Certificate’ for the aforementioned examination will tentatively be accessible for download starting from 06.03.2025. Candidates can retrieve it through the designated login module on the Commission’s website (https://ssc.gov.in/) in a manner similar to previous downloads.”
Furthermore, candidates should be aware that the Admission Certificate will be collected by the invigilator at the examination center as part of the Commission’s record-keeping. Therefore, it is advisable for candidates to keep a copy of their Admission Certificate for future reference.
Earlier this month, the SSC announced the results of the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for CPO 2024. Following the completion of the Paper 1 examination, the SSC shortlisted 83,614 unique candidates across various lists and invited them to participate in the PET/PST round.
Out of the total candidates, 37,763 were absent, while four were deemed temporarily unfit. Additionally, 21,661 candidates did not meet the qualification criteria.
A total of 24,190 candidates successfully passed the physical test and are now eligible to take the Paper 2 examination. Among these, 1,954 are female candidates and 22,236 are male candidates.
The SSC CPO Paper 2 examination is scheduled for March 8.
The SSC CPO recruitment exam for 2024 aims to fill 4,187 vacancies. This includes 125 vacancies for Delhi Police Sub-Inspectors (Male), 61 for Delhi Police Sub-Inspectors (Female), and 4,001 for Central Armed Police Forces Sub-Inspectors.
