The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the PET/PST results for SSC SI, also known as the Central Police Organisation exam (CPO). The Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) was conducted for candidates who qualified in paper 1.
Qualified candidates will now be eligible to appear in paper 2, followed by the document verification after which they will be recruited to the vacant posts. As per the Nodal Central Armed Police Force conducted the notices declared by the SSC and 5,871 candidates qualified out of 45,923, while 9,751 were disqualified.
The SSC conducts the Sub Inspector exam to recruit candidates for SI posts in Delhi Police, CAPF (Central Armed Police Force) and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF (Central Industrial Security Force). The SSC SI/ CPO exam is conducted in 4 stages – paper-1, physical standard test (PST)/ physical endurance test (PET), paper-2, medical test and document verification.
