Tripura Board of Secondary Education, TBSE, has decided to postpone the upcoming Class 10 and 12 board examination 2021. The decision has been taken due to rising Covid-19 cases in the state and keeping in mind the safety of students, teachers, and non-teaching staff. The board exams have been postponed until further notice.
The news was announced by the Tripura Education Minister, Ratan Lal Nath stating that “As per the decision of TBSE the board examinations of class X & XII have been postponed for the time being until further notice. My message to all the students to be prepared for the examination as when the situation will be fruitful the examination will be conducted.”
The Tripura Board of Secondary Education scheduled the Class 10 board exams for May 19 and Class 12 board exams for May 18. New dates have not been announced yet.
