The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has initiated the online registration process for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) and the Telangana PG Law Common Entrance Test (TS PGLCET) for the year 2025. Interested candidates can now submit their applications for TS LAWCET 2025 via the official website, lawcet.tgche.ac.in.
The final date for registration for both TS LAWCET 2025 and TS PGLCET 2025 is set for April 15. However, applications submitted after the regular deadline will be accepted until March 25, subject to a late fee. Osmania University, located in Hyderabad, will administer the TS LAWCET 2025 for both the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs, as well as the TS PGLCET 2025 for LLM courses on June 6.
Candidates will have the opportunity to make corrections to their applications for TS LAWCET 2025 from May 20 to May 25. This correction window will allow modifications to various details, including exam preferences, parental income, email address, gender, and Aadhaar information. The admit cards for TS LAWCET 2025 are expected to be released on May 30.
Regarding the exam format for TS LAWCET 2025, it will be conducted in an online, computer-based format. The examination will be available in Telugu, Urdu, and English. Candidates will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the test, which will consist of three sections. The sections on general knowledge and mental ability, as well as current affairs, will each contain 30 questions.
The section assessing aptitude for the study of law will carry the most weight, featuring 60 questions. In total, there will be 120 multiple-choice questions. Candidates will earn one mark (+1) for each correct answer, with no penalties for incorrect answers.
