The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has initiated the registration process for the Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) 2025 on its official website Prospective diploma candidates can submit their applications online at polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in until April 19. A late fee of Rs 300 will be charged for applications submitted between April 20 and April 23.
The TS POLYCET 2025 examination is set to take place on May 13. This exam serves as the entry point for admission into various diploma programs offered by government engineering colleges throughout Telangana.
Eligibility Criteria for TS POLYCET 2025
To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have successfully completed the SSC or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, TS, Hyderabad. Those who have passed compartmentally or are currently appearing for the SSC 2025 examination may also apply, provided they pass all subjects before seeking admission.

Step 3: This action will open a registration window on your screen.

Step 7: Upload the necessary documents according to the specified formats and sizes.
Step 8: Complete the online payment for the application fees and submit the application form.

TS POLYCET 2025: Application Fees
The application fee is set at Rs 500 for all applicants, while candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories are eligible for a reduced fee of Rs 250.
Those who successfully pass the TS POLYCET 2025 will advance to the counselling stage for admissions, which will be determined by merit. General category candidates must achieve a minimum of 30 percent, equating to 36 marks out of 120, to qualify for counselling. In contrast, there is no minimum percentage requirement for SC and ST candidates.
