The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the results of the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) for December 2024, available at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates can access their results by entering their application number and date of birth. The NTA has also provided a direct link to the category-wise cut-off marks for all subjects.
The UGC NET December 2024 exam took place on January 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 21, and 27, 2025. On January 31, NTA released the provisional answer key for the UGC NET and accepted objections until February 3 for a fee of ₹200 per question. Additionally, the agency shared the question papers and the recorded responses of candidates along with the provisional answer key.
The NTA has announced that a panel of subject matter experts will assess the challenges submitted, and should these challenges be deemed valid, the answer key will be amended accordingly. Candidates will not be individually notified regarding the acceptance or rejection of their challenges. The UGC NET results have been compiled based on the final answer key.
