The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) announced the UP Board Matric Result 2025 today, April 25, 2025, during a press conference organized by the Department of Education in Uttar Pradesh, held in Prayagraj.
During the conference, they revealed the overall pass percentage for 2025, the names of the top performers, and a list of toppers by district.
This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 90.11%. Boys attained a pass percentage of 86.66%, while girls achieved a pass percentage of 93.87%.
Yash Pratap Singh from Jalaun district has emerged as the top scorer, achieving 97.83%. The second position was shared by Anshi and Abhishek Kumar Yadav, who scored 586 out of 600 marks, and the third position was taken by Ritu Garg, Arpit Verma, and Simran Gupta, each scoring 585 out of 600 marks.
A total of 2545815 candidates appeared for the examination, consisting of 2536104 institutional and 9,711 individual candidates. Among those who appeared, 1327024 were boys and 1218791 were girls.
Students who took the class 10 board exams can now view their mark sheet, percentage, pass/fail status, and overall results on the official UPMSP website at upmsp.edu.in. Results can also be checked on upresults.nic.in.
In addition to the Board’s site, results for class 10 can also be accessed via Digilocker, and UP Board Results are available on the Hindustan Times portal.
To pass this exam, students need to score a minimum of 33 percent; failing to meet this requirement will allow them to sit for a compartmental or supplementary examination.

- Navigate to the results section.
- Select Class 10th or 12th results for 2025.
- Input your login details, such as Roll number and school code.
- Click submit and download your results.
- Print a copy for future reference.
UP Board 10th Result 2025: Steps to check result on Digilocker
- Go to the DigiLocker results portal in your browser at results.digilocker.gov.in.
- Locate the ‘Board Results’ section on the page.
- Choose “Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education” (UP Board) from the options.
- Select the exam year (2025) and class (10th).
- Enter the roll number, class (10th), date of birth, and other necessary details.
- Click submit to view your result displayed on the screen.
- Download it and retain a printout of the result.
- This year, the UP Board class 10 examination took place from February 24, 2025, to March 12, 2025, in both morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session began at 8:30 AM and concluded at 11:45 AM, while the afternoon session started at 2:00 PM and finished at 5:15 PM.
The 2025 UP board examination was conducted at 8,140 centres statewide for 54 lakh candidates who took part in the exams this year. Of those, 27,32,216 students registered for the class 10 exams, and 27,05,017 students appeared for the class 12 exams.
