The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the results for the High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) Compartment examinations for the year 2025. Candidates can access the UP board 10th and 12th compartment results on the official website of the board, results.upmsp.edu.in.
The compartment examinations for UP board Class 10th and 12th students took place on Saturday, July 26, 2025. The examinations were organized in two shifts – the first shift ran from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM, and the second shift from 2 PM to 5:15 PM.
During the first shift, Class 10 students took their exams, while Class 12 students participated in the second shift. Board officials reported that 46,391 students registered for the compartment examinations, with 43,510 (94 percent) actually appearing.
For the Class 10 compartment exams, 19,150 out of 20,768 registered candidates (92.21 percent) were present, whereas for the Class 12 compartment exams, 24,360 out of 25,623 registered students (95.07 percent) attended. The compartment examination provides students with a chance to enhance their scores from the annual Class 10 and 12 board examinations.
This year, the UP Board announced the Class 10 and 12 annual exam results on April 25, 2025. The annual examinations for Class 10 and 12 were conducted from February 24 to March 12. The overall pass percentage for Class 10 was noted at 90.11 percent.
In Class 12, the overall pass percentage was recorded at 81.15 percent. Among these, the pass percentage for girls was 86.37 percent, while for boys it was 76.60 percent. Recently, UPMSP issued a warning regarding cybercriminals who are reaching out to students that participated in the 2025 high school compartment/improvement and intermediate compartment examinations, deceitfully offering to enhance their marks for a fee.
UP Board secretary Bhagwati Singh has released a public advisory, encouraging students and their parents to avoid being misled by these fraudulent claims.
