Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released a new notification regarding the entrance exam online. As per the announcement council has decided to postponement UP PCS ACF RFO & Lecturer Recruitment Exam. The decision has been taken due to rising cases of COVID-19.
The UPPSC PCS 2021 Prelims Exam was to be conducted from 13 June to 20 June 2021 at various exam centres of the state . The new dates of the exams will be intimated to the candidates in due course of time.
As per to the Times of India, UPPSC secretary, Jagdish stated that as of now, “The preliminary exams of PCS and ACF/RFO along with that of lecturers in government colleges have been postponed because of the pandemic and fresh dates would be announced when the situation becomes normal”.

About the UPPSC PCS 2021 Prelims Exam
A total of 400 vacancies will be recruited through this recruitment drive for PCS, 1 for ACF, and 15 for RFO. The online application process for the this posts was started on 5 February and ended on 5 March 2021. The last date of the online application fee was 2 March 2021. The selection of the candidates for the this posts will be done on the basis of a three-stage selection process – Preliminary, Main, and Personality Test.
The UPPSC PCS 2021 Prelims exam will consist of two compulsory MCQ papers. Those who clear this stage will be called for the UPPSC Main exam which will be a written exam after which a Viva-Voce/Personality test round will be conducted.
