According to the schedule, the examination is set to take place on Sunday, September 14, in two sessions. The first session will cover Mathematics from 10 am to 12:30 pm, while the second session will focus on the General Ability Test from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
The total score for Mathematics is 300, whereas it is 600 for the General Ability Test. Candidates who successfully pass the written examination will qualify for the SSB Test/Interview, which carries a weight of 900 marks.
UPSC NDA, NA 2, 2025: Key points to consider
- The question papers will exclusively feature objective-type questions. Additionally, the question papers will be available in both Hindi and English.
- Where applicable, only questions pertaining to the metric system of weights and measures will be included.
- No candidate will be permitted to utilize a scribe to assist in writing their answers.
- The use of calculators, mathematical tables, or log tables will be prohibited.
- The UPSC NDA and NA II examination is being organized for 406 positions at the National Defence Academy and the Naval Academy.
What are the next steps?
UPSC will release the NDA and NA 2 admit card seven days prior to the examination at upsconline.nic.in. Candidates will need to enter their login information, such as application ID and date of birth, to download the admit card.
If a candidate does not receive the admit card or any communication regarding their candidature, they should reach out to the commission either in person or via the helpdesk number 011-24041001.
“No candidate will typically be allowed to sit for the examination unless they possess an e-Admit Card for the examination. Upon receiving the e-Admit Card, candidates should review it thoroughly and report any discrepancies or errors to the UPSC immediately. The courses to which candidates are admitted will be determined based on their eligibility according to educational qualifications for various courses and the preferences indicated by the candidates,” stated UPSC.
