The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC has postponed the Civil Services Preliminary exam 2021. The UPSC Civil Services Prelim Exam 2021 was previously scheduled to be held on June 27, 2021. As per the new schedule, the UPC CSE Prelims 2021 will now be conducted on October 10, 2021.
The UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam 2021 dates were supposed to be out on May 5, 2021, which also have been postponed. However new exam dates have not been announced yet. UPSC Official notice stated, “Civil Services (Prel.) Exam, 2021 (scheduled to be held on 27.06.2021) is postponed and will now be held on 10.10.2021.”
It also added, “The Combined Medical Services Examination, 2021 scheduled to be notified on 05-05-2021, stands deferred till further notice.” UPSC is responsible for appointments to and exams of Group A and Group B posts under the civil services cadre and defense services cadre of the central government. While the Department of Personnel and Training is the central personnel agency in India.
