CSIR UGC NET December 2025: The National Testing Agency has initiated the registration process for CSIR UGC NET December 2025. Candidates interested in applying for the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) should take note.
According to the official schedule, the following are some key dates for CSIR UGC NET December 2025:
- Submission of online applications: September 25, 2025
- Last date to submit applications: October 24, 2025, until 11:50 PM
- Last date for online fee payment: October 25, 2025, until 11:50 PM
- Application correction window: October 27 to 29, 2025, until 11:50 PM
- Date of examination: December 18, 2025.
- The National Testing Agency will announce the release date for examination city slips and admit cards in due course.
It is important to note that the examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across two shifts – the first shift will commence from 9 AM to 12 noon, and the second shift will run from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Additionally, the exam will be available in both Hindi and English. Candidates must respond in the language they selected in the Application Form. In the event of any discrepancies between the Hindi and English versions due to translation, the English version will be considered definitive, as stated by the NTA.
