During this timeframe, candidates are permitted to correct or modify their online application forms and will also have the opportunity to re-submit their applications after making the necessary corrections or changes to the online application data as per their requirements.
Only those candidates who have successfully submitted their completed online application forms, along with the payment of the required fees or intimation charges within the designated application registration period, will be allowed to make corrections to their application forms.
The data provided by candidates in the original application regarding ‘Name’, ‘Email ID’, ‘Mobile Number’, ‘State/UT’ field in the vacancy, ‘State/UT’ field in the Correspondence address, ‘Permanent address’, ‘Post’, and ‘Nationality’ fields cannot be modified.

Candidates wishing to make corrections can follow the steps outlined below.

- Click on the link for the IBPS RRB 2025 correction window available on the homepage.
- A new page will appear where candidates must enter their login details.
- Click on submit, and your application form will be displayed.
- Make the necessary corrections and pay the application fee.
- Click on submit and download the page.
- Retain a hard copy of the document for future reference.
To effectuate corrections, candidates will be required to pay a modification or correction fee of ₹200/- (inclusive of GST). The correction fee will be uniformly applied.
