The Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has initiated the counselling process for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE) Polytechnic. Eligible candidates may select their preferences for Pharmacy, Engineering, and other courses at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Candidates are permitted to submit their choices for the first round from June 27 to July 2.
The results for seat allotment in the first round will be revealed on July 3. Between July 4 and July 6, candidates can either freeze or float their assigned seats, as well as pay the security deposit and counselling fee online.
The counselling fee is set at ₹3,000, while the seat acceptance fee is ₹250. For those who choose to freeze their seats in the first round, document verification can be conducted at district help centres from July 4 to July 7 (until 6 pm).
Candidates have the option to withdraw their allotted seats from the first round on July 8.
The JEECUP seat allotment results for the second round will be disclosed on July 12, and the results for the third round will be announced on July 21.
Participation in the first three rounds of JEECUP counselling is restricted to candidates from Uttar Pradesh. Candidates from other states may take part in the fourth round of JEECUP or UPJEE counselling, for which the schedule has yet to be released.
UPJEE(P) serves as a state-level examination for individuals seeking admission to government and private polytechnic institutions in Uttar Pradesh.
