The Jharkhand Public Service Commission is set to commence the registration process for the JPSC JET 2024 on its official website. Candidates interested in applying for the Jharkhand Eligibility Test can access the direct link via the official JPSC website at jpsc.gov.in.
The deadline for applications is October 6, 2025, while the last date for fee submission is October 7, 2025. The correction window will be available from October 8 to October 10, 2025.

This examination assesses the eligibility of candidates for positions as Assistant Professors and for admission into Ph.D. programs at universities and colleges located in Jharkhand. The JET Certificate will remain valid indefinitely for the role of Assistant Professor and for Ph.D. program admissions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates belonging to the Unreserved/EWS category must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks (without rounding) in their Master’s Degree or an equivalent examination from universities or institutions recognized by the UGC.
Candidates currently pursuing their Master’s degree or an equivalent course, those who have taken their qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination with results pending, or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been postponed are also eligible to apply for this test.
JPSC JET 2024: Application Procedure
To apply online, candidates should follow the steps outlined below.
- Navigate to the official JPSC website at jpsc.gov.in.
- Click on the online link available on the homepage.
- A new page will appear, where candidates must select the JPSC JET 2024 registration link found on the homepage.
- Register yourself and log into your account.
- Complete the application form and pay the application fee.
- Click submit and download the confirmation page.
- Retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
The application fee is ₹575 for the UNR category, ₹300 for the BC-I/BC-II/EWS category, and ₹150 for the SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender category. For additional information, candidates can visit the official JPSC website.
