The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results of the written examination for the position of Assistant Programmer at the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Candidates may verify their results at upsc.gov.in by entering their roll numbers. The written examination took place on June 15, 2025.
This recruitment initiative is aimed at filling 27 Assistant Programmer positions within the CBI. Candidates can access their results through the following link:
Subsequently, eligible candidates are required to participate in the interview phase.
UPSC has stated that the candidates’ scores will be made available on the website once the recruitment process has concluded.

- Download the PDF and verify your result using your roll number.
Candidates must present the following documents during the interview phase:
A printout of the application form along with the original documents and self-attested copies of the items specified in the interview summon letter:
- Class 10 or equivalent certificate that includes the date of birth. For candidates from Tamil Nadu and Kerala, if the date of birth is not indicated on the marks sheet or certificate, school leaving certificates that show the date of birth will be accepted.
- Degree or diploma certificate along with mark sheets for all academic years. If the degree or diploma certificates are unavailable, provisional certificates along with mark sheets for all academic years will be accepted.
- An order or letter regarding equivalent educational qualifications claimed, which indicates the authority (with number and date) under which it has been recognized, in relation to the equivalent clause in essential qualifications.
- Certificate(s) in the prescribed format from the head(s) of organization(s)/department(s) for all claimed experience, clearly stating the duration of employment (date, month & year) along with the basic pay and consolidated pay. The certificate
