The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results for the Combined Geo-Scientist Preliminary Examination, 2025. Candidates can access their results on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
The preliminary examination took place on February 9, and the roll numbers of those who have qualified for the mains examination are included in the results document.
The mains examination for the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist will be conducted on June 21 and 22.
UPSC has stated that the candidacy of the selected candidates is provisional at all stages of the examination, and they must fulfill the specified eligibility criteria.
Qualified candidates are encouraged to review the Rules of the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2025, published by the Ministry of Mines in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I Section 1 on September 4, 2024, as well as Examination Notice No. 01/2025-GEOL, dated September 4, 2024, which can be found on the UPSC website.
Additionally, candidates will receive their admit cards for the mains examination one week prior to the exam date.
The UPSC will not entertain any requests for changes in examination center or discipline for the mains.
The commission has also indicated that the marks and cut-off scores for the Combined Geo-Scientist prelims examination 2025 will be published on the official website only after the final results are announced.
