Candidates can verify their selection status through the official digital gateway of the postal department:

1. Visit the dedicated recruitment portal: indiapostgdsonline.gov.in (or the primary site at indiapost.gov.in).
2. Locate the navigation section marked “Online Engagement Schedule -I 2026” on the primary dashboard.
3. Click on the option titled “Shortlisted Candidates” or “Supplementary List – III”.
4. Select your respective state or postal circle from the available drop-down list.
5. The circle-specific merit list PDF will download automatically. Open the file and utilize the search command (Ctrl + F) to find your unique Registration Number or full name.

Candidates whose registration numbers are highlighted in the 3rd Merit List must personally report to their designated Divisional Office on or before May 26, 2026. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the immediate forfeiture of the candidature.
