The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will initiate the NEET SS Exam 2025 edit window on November 28, 2025. Candidates wishing to amend their application forms can access the direct link via the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
The edit window will remain open until November 30, 2025. A selective edit window for correcting deficient or incorrect images will be available from December 12 to December 14, 2025. All information and documents may be modified, with the exception of Name, Nationality, Email, Mobile number, and Test City.
Candidates will be able to view their exam city details on December 12, 2025. The admit card for the NEET SS exam will be released on December 22, 2025.
The examination is scheduled for December 26 and 27, 2025. The NEET-SS 2025 will be conducted as a computer-based test. Different groups will be assessed in either morning or afternoon shifts. The exam will consist of three time-bound sections, namely Section A, B, and C, with each section containing 50 questions and a time limit of 50 minutes.

To modify the application form, candidates should adhere to the following steps:
- Navigate to the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
- Click on the NEET SS Exam 2025 edit window link located on the home page.
- Input your login credentials and click submit.
- Your application will be displayed.
- Make the necessary corrections in the application form.
- Click submit and download the confirmation page.
- Retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
